is looking for a Remote Customer Success / Operations Manager to assist with a diverse set of management tasks related to customer service to individuals and corporations who book our furnished housing. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, is highly organized, with delegation, communication, and time management skills, coupled with a problem solving mentality. The successful candidate is someone who can work independently and wishes to develop their career with a growing startup.
What You’ll Do:
-Develop deep understanding of SnapStays services
-Assist sales staff in working with customers to select the best booking options for their needs and solving any issues they may have during the booking process
-Manage the setup coordination of furnished housing units (this includes helping manage a team that schedules furniture deliveries, setting up of utilities and tracking of payments)
-Help create ideas & execute on ideas to continuously improve company efficiency (e.g., implementation of new growth initiatives, reducing costs).
-Meet or exceed goals around successful completion of bookings and achieving excellent customer reviews
-Be flexible to take on additional tasks/roles as our company grows
-Provide strong leadership including developing and monitoring individual team performance goals and coaching team members
-Oversee the development of project guidelines, plans and objectives
-Plan ahead and allocate tasks to achieve the best team efficiency
-Assist in hiring & training
-Investigate and resolve problems,complaints or questions from customers or employees
-Establish and maintain open collaborative relationships with co-workers
-Analyze team performance and identify variances and corrective action
-Create and maintain a work environment that emphasizes motivation, teamwork and excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For:
-Previous Operations or Sales experience, or related experience in an Administrative or Customer Service environment preferred
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Excellent written & spoken communication, fluent English; preferably B2-C1 Level or higher
-Must be very organized, persistent and have a goal-oriented mindset (ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment)
-Must have high proficiency using computers and internet-based software (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Trello and CRM experience advantageous but not mandatory)
-Demonstrated delegation skills and history of good decision-making under pressure
-Strong time management skills and a high stress tolerance
-Excellent budget management, numerical literacy, interpersonal and conflict management skills
