Our video editing company is seeking an experienced customer success specialist to
work remotely with our clients. As a remote customer success specialist, you will be
responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and
ensuring that their video editing projects are completed to their satisfaction. You will serve as the
main point of contact for our clients, working remotely to provide excellent customer service and
support.
Job Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of
contact, working remotely.
– Understand client needs and requirements and ensure that their video editing projects
are completed to their satisfaction, working remotely.
– Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, working remotely, to keep them
updated on project progress, address concerns, and answer questions.
– Work closely with the video editing team, working remotely, to ensure that client needs
are understood and that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
– Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with our services
and identify areas for improvement.
– Monitor project performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients to
demonstrate progress and success.
– Continuously improve our customer success/account management processes and
methodologies to ensure that our clients receive excellent service and support, working
remotely.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Dependable power and internet connection
– Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, working remotely.
– No less than C1 Proficiency
– Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively, working remotely.
– Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
effectively, working remotely.
– Experience working with project management tools and software, working remotely.
– Knowledge of video editing software and processes is a plus.

– Proactively communicates with other team members, takes accountability
– Weekly reporting of strengths, weaknesses, goals and content metrics
– Weekly check-in meetings with supervisor
