Job Description

**Job Title: Remote Customer Support Specialist**

Our organization, a leading affiliate company, is looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. This position requires a person who excels in a customer-focused environment, is well-organized, and has a passion for problem-solving and product education. The chosen candidate will respond to support tickets, explain product use, and help customers set up accounts.

**Responsibilities:**

– Respond to customer support tickets promptly with high-quality, helpful responses.
– Explain to customers how to use our products and assist in account setup.
– Gain deep understanding of our email systems, marketing funnels, opt-in pages, and multi-page funnels.
– Assist customers in navigating and utilizing our products and services.
– Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Job Type:** Remote

**Hours:** 8 hours per day

**Term:**

This role starts with a one-week training period where you will learn about our platform and products, and begin answering support tickets. After this, there will be a 14-day probationary period where we will assess your performance. Should you demonstrate satisfactory work during these stages, we may invite you to join us as a full-time freelancer.

**Requirements:**

– Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
– Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
– Tech-savvy, comfortable learning new systems, and platforms.
– Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
– High-speed, reliable internet connection.
