Currently, we are seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. You will utilize ticketing systems to ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer requests. Your key responsibilities will encompass troubleshooting technical problems, addressing product-related queries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities
– Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media channels.
– Utilize ticketing systems to track and manage customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
– Offer guidance on product features and usage by addressing product-related questions.
– Collaborate with various teams, including product development and sales, to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
– Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and issue resolutions using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
– Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities with acute attention to detail.
– Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
– Proficient in using ticketing systems and CRM software.
– Prior experience in customer service or related fields.
– Technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
– Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends, if required.
– Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
– Skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload.
– Experience in social media management and community engagement is advantageous.
