Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented data professional to accept a challenging role supporting the Integration Lead. This Data Analyst and ERP Specialist role will require significant time invested in learning different ERP systems, databases, query methods and means to extract, clean up, manipulate, and upload data between different ERP systems. This role requires being a true expert with Microsoft Excel and certifications are a major plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrated experience with accurate data entry, data cleaning, and manipulation using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Co-Pilot.
• Must be a power user and expert with Microsoft Excel functions to complete advanced data analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated experience with writing SQL (or ODBC) queries with limited knowledge of the database as well as the ability to write and record VBA within Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with different ERP systems and experience in migrating data between them, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues during the migration process.
• High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of data throughout the integration process.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams, provide regular updates, and address any issues that arise during data migration.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Equivalent professional Microsoft certifications and programming credentials will be considered.
• At least 8 years of experience as a data analyst and preferably doing ERP migration or integration-related work.
• Power user or Expert with Microsoft Excel and experience using Microsoft Co-Pilot with Microsoft 365 embedded in Excel.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and preferably Microsoft Dynamics, TrulinX, P21 or similar on-premises products. We will be integrating many different systems into TrulinX ERP. Experience with native cloud ERPs such as SAP S/4 Hana and NetSuite will be useful but not as helpful as working with more legacy-type manufacturing-focused systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
• Must be available to work during United States Eastern Time hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Some flexibility can be discussed given the nature of the technical work.
