Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Verification: Accurately input and maintain data into our systems, ensuring that all information is correct and up-to-date. Verify data accuracy through cross-referencing and validation methods.
2. Confirmation Tasks: Engage in confirmation processes as required, which may include confirming orders, transactions, or other relevant data with external parties or customers. Maintain clear and concise records of confirmations, as well as discrepancies.
3. Documentation Support: Assist the department with various documentation tasks, such as organizing files, creating reports, and generating necessary documents as requested.
4. Communication: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flows and to obtain any additional information required to complete tasks accurately.
5. Data Integrity: Proactively identify and address data discrepancies or inconsistencies and take appropriate measures to rectify them promptly.
6. Ad-hoc Tasks: Support the department with any additional information-related tasks or administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
A. Data Entry Expertise: Demonstrated experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
B. Organization Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.
C. Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote-based setup, meeting deadlines and maintaining open communication with the team.
D. Data Verification: Familiarity with data verification processes and techniques to ensure the accuracy of information.
E. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and external contacts professionally and courteously.
F. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using various software applications and tools related to data entry, documentation, and communication (e.g., MS Office, cloud-based platforms, email, etc.).
G. Confidentiality: Discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining data confidentiality at all times.
H. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify data-related issues and propose solutions independently.
I. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience in data entry and administrative support roles.
-Familiarity with industry-specific databases or software systems like Zoho CRM, Apollo and other data scraping tools.
-Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
-Understanding of department-specific requirements and terminology related to General Contracting/ Real Estate Construction.
