Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to assist our real estate investment team in identifying potential investment properties in New Zealand. As a Virtual Assistant (VA), you will play a crucial role in researching, gathering, and entering essential property data into our database. Responsibilities:
Property Research: Conduct online research and data gathering to identify potential investment properties in chosen locations across New Zealand. Utilise online tools, real estate platforms, and databases to find valuable property opportunities.
Data Entry: Accurately input property details, including property addresses, property features, listing prices, and other relevant data points, into our centralised database. Maintain data integrity and ensure data accuracy at all times.
Property Listing Management: Monitor and update property listings regularly, ensuring the most current information is reflected accurately in our systems.
Communication: Collaborate effectively with the investment team through email, instant messaging, or other communication channels to share updates, findings, and progress on property research.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and consistent.
Adherence to Guidelines: Follow established guidelines and protocols for data entry and property research, adhering to company standards and policies.
Qualifications:
Proven Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry, research, or real estate data management is highly desirable.
Proficient with Online Tools: Familiarity with online research tools, real estate websites, google drive, excel, and property databases will be advantageous.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is crucial for accurately capturing and entering property information.
