We are seeking a dedicated Remote Leasing Agent / Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring optimal occupancy levels across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking all leads remotely, following up with potential tenants via online communication channels, and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. This position is essential to the success of our business and requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and possesses excellent communication skills in a remote work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Track and manage all remote leads generated from various online sources, including website inquiries, email, and online advertising.
-Follow up with leads promptly through online communication channels, providing detailed information about available properties, lease terms, amenities, and answering any questions or concerns.
-Conduct virtual property tours to showcase available units and highlight unique selling points.
-Develop and implement remote marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, including online advertising, social media campaigns, and virtual property presentations.
-Collaborate with the property management team to ensure accurate and up-to-date remote property listings across various online platforms and websites.
-Maintain a strong knowledge of the local rental market, competitor analysis, and market trends to effectively position our properties and maximize occupancy rates.
-Build and maintain relationships with remote real estate agents, brokers, corporate housing companies, relocation services, and other potential sources of tenants.
-Prepare and execute lease agreements remotely, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
-Conduct regular remote follow-ups with current tenants to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and promote lease renewals.
-Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely remote unit turnovers, repairs, and maintenance requests are addressed.
-Provide regular reports on remote leasing activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, occupancy rates, and the effectiveness of remote marketing campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Previous experience in remote leasing and marketing within the real estate industry is preferred.
-Strong understanding of the rental market, including current trends and competitive analysis.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective tenants and maintain relationships with various stakeholders remotely.
-Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
-Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
-Proficiency in using remote leasing and property management software is a plus.
-Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing remote residential leasing.
-A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding occupancy targets remotely.
