Position: Remote Dental Technician – 3D Prepping

Responsibilities:
As a Remote Dental Technician, your main focus will be on 3D prepping for night guards and retainers. This role requires expertise in data processing and 3D scanning, with a preference for candidates with dental experience. You’ll collaborate with internal Remi Operations associates through virtual platforms, ensuring the quality and accuracy of 3D teeth impressions via autodesk meshmixer.

Key Duties:

Receive scanned 3D impressions and prepare them for further processing.
Perform milling and prep molds, addressing small holes, gaps, and excess material.
Cut and form night guards, create gumlines, and refine overall shapes.
Ensure the removal of grooves, jagged edges, ridges, and other imperfections.
Collaborate with Remi Operations associates through virtual platforms like Zoom.

Requirements:

3 years of previous experience in a customer support or data-driven role.
Dental experience preferred; 1-3 years of experience in a Dental Practice.
Expert typist with 60+WPM in English.
Comfortable and proficient in Zoom meetings.
Fluent or native English speaker with knowledge of lingo, colloquialisms, and slang.
Tech-savvy and quick learner on multiple platforms.
Drive to constantly improve skills.
Access to a quiet work environment, personal computer, and a strong wired internet connection.

Minimum Hardware Requirements:

4 core 8 thread CPU (i5, i7, etc).
16GB of memory/RAM.
512GB of storage; 1TB preferred.
Internet speed: 100Mbps or greater download, 50Mbps or greater upload.
Windows 10 or 11.
