Job Overview:
We are seeking an Executive and Family Operations Manager who can efficiently balance a variety of responsibilities that range from scheduling and attending business meetings to coordinating family logistics. If you have a knack for organization, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can manage professional and personal tasks with equal attention and care, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and setting reminders.
Attend virtual meetings to take notes, follow up on action items, and set future tasks.
Prepare business documents, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Family Coordination:
Assist in coordinating family events, appointments, and activities.
Keep track of school schedules, pet appointments, and family commitments.
Act as a point of communication between business and family matters.
Aid in planning family vacations, holiday events, and special occasions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or a similar role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting software.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Experience in handling family management tasks is a plus.

Must be comfortable working in a remote setting and be available during standard business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
