What we’re looking for:

We need a new Executive Assistant! This is a remote (work from home) position.

As an Executive Assistant in our real estate team, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, interfacing not only with our broker’s personal clients but also with other real estate agents. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, and be comfortable with direct communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.

You’ll be responsible for translating complex real estate data to our clients and conveying our clients’ unique needs to our internal team. Your role will involve maintaining relationships with our clients, keeping them informed and satisfied, and managing communications with other real estate agents.

As our broker’s right hand, you’ll also play a crucial role in managing client relationships, ensuring that our services meet their needs and expectations. This involves being comfortable and professional on the phone, as well as being proficient with our CRM tool, Real Geeks, to keep track of all client interactions and campaign performance.

Executive Assistant start at $42136.88 ph a month
You will start your journey under the guidance of an experienced associate broker, learning the ropes of our operations, with a particular focus on marketing, client relations, and agent coordination.
Tasks will be assigned gradually, allowing you to confidently grow into your role. Your performance will be evaluated on criteria such as client retention, marketing campaign performance, and effective liaison with both the broker’s personal clients and other real estate agents.
Upon demonstrating proficiency in managing a comprehensive portfolio, and showing exceptional skills in our marketing efforts, you will be promoted to a full-fledged Executive Assistant. We have a strong ethos of internal promotion. Therefore, successful Executive Assistants, especially those displaying exceptional marketing acumen, are first in line for advancement.

The Ideal Candidate:

Real Estate & Marketing: The perfect candidate will have experience in the real estate sector and a solid understanding of marketing strategies, including Google Ads. You won’t be expected to run these campaigns directly, but you should be conversant enough to influence strategy and act as a liaison between our marketing specialists and our clients. As the broker’s Executive Assistant, your role will crucially involve developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for our clients’ properties. You need to have a deep understanding of the real estate market, our clients’ properties, and their target demographics.

Client and Agent Relations: The heart of your role is building and maintaining relationships. You must genuinely care about helping our broker, clients, and other real estate agents succeed. This includes managing expectations, clear communication, and a willingness to guide and coach clients and agents. You also need to be comfortable with challenging conversations, have the ability to diffuse tense situations, and the foresight to avoid potential issues.

CRM and Data Management: As the broker’s Executive Assistant, your expertise in using our CRM tool, Real Geeks, will be highly valuable. You’ll be expected to manage and maintain our client and property data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for our team. Your role involves analyzing this data to provide insights and recommendations that will enhance our client service and improve our overall performance. If issues arise, you should be capable of troubleshooting them or escalating them to the appropriate party when proficiency in data management and analysis will allow us to streamline our processes, deliver better service to our clients, and ultimately drive our success in the real estate market.
