Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Remote Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and creative assistance to our Managing Director and Executive Producer. Your primary role is to keep her work and life organized, manage and fully own administrative tasks and provide creative support across different ideal candidate should have a passion for creativity and film, and expertise in providing high-level support to executives.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Executive Producer, including calendar management, email correspondence, and travel arrangements.
Assist in reviewing briefs and RFPs from agencies, and curate presentations for creatives and directors using a reel building CMS, ensuring alignment with the look and feel of the creative brief.
Manage expenses by providing monthly statements to accounting, and coordinating monthly meetings with the bookkeeper.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
Assist with film production-related tasks, such as organizing production schedules, coordinating with talent and crew, and overseeing post-production activities.
Oversee social media channels, creating engaging content, monitoring analytics, and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including organizing corporate events, meetings, and other special occasions.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a creative or media-related industry.
Strong knowledge of email marketing principles and platforms, film production processes, and social media management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and engagement.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management platforms, communication platforms such as Slack, and social media management tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
