Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with advanced Notion skills to support our Founder & CEO, Jeff Brown. This role is critical in managing a variety of projects, administrative tasks, and communications to ensure smooth operations and effective time management.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize multiple projects and follow-ups in Notion.
• Provide administrative support for accounting and invoicing tasks.
• Oversee and manage the CEO’s Gmail inbox, ensuring timely responses and organization.
• Utilize tools like LastPass, DocuSign, and the Google Workspace suite for various administrative tasks.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude AI, and Gemin to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Advanced proficiency in Notion for project management and organization.
• Experience with accounting and invoicing administrative tasks.
• Strong familiarity with Gmail and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
• Proficiency in using LastPass and DocuSign.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, and Gemin is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work Pacific Standard Time hours (8:30 AM PST to 5 PM PST).
