We are on the hunt for a passionate and self-motivated individual to work as a Remote Front Office Staff.
Working from a remote location, this role involves providing exceptional administrative support to our clinic by following up with patients regarding pathology results, answering their questions about medical procedures and prescriptions, and assisting with regulatory paperwork processing for medical work done in the clinic. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
?????????????????? Responsibilities ??????????????????
????Answer and screens telephone calls in a courteous manner
????Schedule patient appointments and procedures according to established policies and procedures.
????Communicate with patients remotely to follow up on pathology results, assuring timely delivery of information, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
????Provide patients accurate and complete explanations of medical procedures, medicines, and post-treatment care recommendations.
????Assist with the processing of regulatory paperwork, such as insurance claims, medical records, and other documents required for medical services performed in the clinic.
????Maintain and update electronic patient records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
????Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective coordination and communication between remote front office staff and clinical personnel.
????Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA and other privacy requirements.
????Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the remote operations of the dermatology clinic.
???????? Requirements ????????
????PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: 6 months of experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably in a dermatology clinic or similar environment.
????Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.
????Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, enabling effective multitasking and independent work in a remote environment.
????Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, online communication tools, and relevant software applications.
????Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and common dermatology conditions is desirable.
????Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in a remote work setting.
????Professionalism and the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion while providing remote patient support.
????Self-motivation and discipline to work independently and meet established goals and deadlines.
