Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relations Specialist, PT/Medical Insurance background, Recruiting experience and some personal assistant responsibilities.

Location: Remote in Arizona

Company Overview:
We are a mobile clinic who hires independent contractors on a mostly part-time basis to see patients.

Responsibilities:
– Verify Patient Insurance Coverage
– Update Patient Files with Insurance Information
– Explain Medical Insurance benefits to patients
– Liaise with insurance providers to clarify coverage details
– Track status of pending insurance claims
– Assist patients with insurance-related queries
– Inputting notes and updating patient records using SPRY software
– Contacting patients and providers to schedule appointments and follow-ups
– Calling doctor offices and referral sources to coordinate care
– Communicating with patients and doctors’ offices to obtain signed Plans of Care (POCs)
– Following up with patients to ensure their treatments are going well
– Managing referral sources and maintaining positive relationships
– Handling customer relations to ensure a friendly and welcoming experience for all patients
-Coordinate telehealth appointments
– Follow-up with patients post-session
– Send exercise and treatment plans
– Respond to FAQs
– Manage referrals from other healthcare providers
– Send personalized communications
-Post Job Ads and Manage Responses
– Screen Candidates and Schedule Interviews
– Coordinate Onboarding Process for New Hires
– Maintain Recruitment Records
– Develop and update job descriptions
– Implement employee referral programs
– Plan travel and prepare itineraries
– Manage grocery and essential shopping

Requirements:
– Must be a friendly face to our company to handle customer relations
– Experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in using software such as Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, QuickBooks, and DocuSign
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
– A friendly and approachable demeanor
– Experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus
