As a Remote Healthcare Travel Nurse Recruiter, you will play a critical role in connecting travel nurses with healthcare facilities across the country. This position is remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified nursing professionals in short-term assignments, ensuring they meet the specific needs of healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Placement: Identify and recruit qualified travel nurses through various sourcing methods, including social media, networking, and job boards. Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and match them with suitable job opportunities.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities. Understand the specific needs of each party to ensure a successful match.

Credentialing and Compliance: Ensure all travel nurses meet compliance standards, including licensing, certifications, and health screenings. Coordinate with compliance departments to facilitate the credentialing process.

Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate compensation and contract terms with travel nurses and healthcare facilities. Ensure clear communication and understanding of contract details.

Support and Problem Solving: Provide ongoing support to travel nurses throughout their assignments, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Serve as a liaison between the nurse and the healthcare facility.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends in the healthcare industry, specifically in travel nursing. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
