Job Description:
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver looking to work from the comfort of your home? Zero 3 Communications is seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Technical Support professional to join our dynamic team. This is a highly technical role requiring in-depth knowledge of telecommunication systems and IT support. If you do not have a technical background in IT or telecommunications, please do not apply.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving a wide range of telecommunication-related issues remotely, assisting clients with their on-premise VoIP telephony systems, managing cloud-based systems, and liaising with customers and suppliers via email and telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote technical support to clients for a variety of telecommunications systems including on-premise and cloud-based phone systems via phone & email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices and software.
• Document issues and solutions in our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with other team members to address complex technical problems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT/Telecommunications support or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
• High level of English competency, including written, and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Reliable internet, and computer, with a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant Telecommunications/IT certifications preferred.
• Experience with remote support tools and software.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Background in VoIP systems and telecommunication technologies.
