The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Remote HR Specialist with a focus on recruiting and managing remote staff in the Philippines. Your mission is to build a competent team that will maintain our operational efficiency and uphold our unique culture.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Hiring:

Invent and implement recruitment strategies to capture elite talent.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make thoughtful recommendations.
Utilize various sourcing methods including platforms like LinkedIn.
Manage the recruitment cycle from advertising vacancies to onboarding, ensuring optimal talent acquisition at competitive rates.
Roles to be filled include:

Coordinators for platforms such as Viator, Klook, GetYourGuide, and Airbnb Experiences.
Customer Support and Sales staff.
Website specialists skilled in Wix.
Photo and Video editing professionals.
Virtual Assistants and Team Organizers.
Bookkeepers and financial managers.
HR Management:

Ensure team accountability and peak performance.
Encourage transparent and direct communication. Include ‘Schaffhausen’ in your application to show you’ve read this.
Support the team, including on weekends when needed.
Your Skills:

Extensive experience in remote HR functions, particularly hiring and team management.
