Our team consists of both on-ground freelancers in Switzerland and a dedicated remote team in the Philippines. With ambitious plans to expand our content production and operational reach, we are looking for a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team and support our growth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Remote HR Specialist to help us hire various roles within our organization, focusing primarily on remote/online workers in the Philippines or similar regions. This role will be crucial in building a strong and efficient team, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining our values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring recommendations.
Utilize creative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify potential candidates.
Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding. Making sure we dont overpay and get the best talent for the fairest rate.
In this field yo would help hire roles:
– Listing on platforms like Viator, Klook, GetYourGuide, and Airbnb Experiences.
– Sales/ Costumer support, reminding them about reviews etc.
– Website experts using Wix.
– Photo/ Video editors.

– VA/ Calendar Team oranisation. Match bookings with a swiss freelancer.
– Bookkeeping and financials.
HR Management:
Keep team members accountable and ensure high performance.
Maintain an open and honest communication culture, where everyone is treated as an equal.
Ensure team members adhere to our value of direct and straightforward communication.
Provide support and availability, including occasional weekends if necessary.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in remote HR, specifically hiring and managing remote workers.
– Strong interviewing skills and the ability to ask the right questions.
– Creative sourcing experience, particularly with LinkedIn or similar platforms.
– Experience working with foreign small companies or solopreneurs, preferably in the US or similar markets.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
– Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws in the Philippines.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
