Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as our Remote HubSpot Admin. This position will be responsible for managing and maintaining our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date data. Your role will involve implementing data best practices, analyzing data quality, and providing recommendations for system optimization. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to support their CRM needs and provide training and support to users.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned):

-Manage and maintain the integrity of data in the HubSpot CRM system
-Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
-Implement data quality standards and best practices to ensure accurate and reliable data.
-Develop and enforce data entry guidelines to ensure consistent data input across the organization.
-Perform data cleaning and deduplication tasks to maintain a clean and organized CRM database.
-Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM system to meet the organization’s needs.
-Analyze new data, upload and maintain its use in the CRM.
-Work with users to keep data in compliance.
-Perform data validation efforts in the CRM for projects and integrations.
-Monitoring and updating data to meet company goals.
-Manage and transfer records between CRM users as needed.
-Prepare reports and dashboards to reflect company metrics.
-Utilization of software and web crawling tools to extract data from websites.
-Utilize and manage manual data collection, review and analysis processes

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

-Proven experience as a CRM administrator or similar role, preferably with HubSpot.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong understanding of CRM concepts and data management principles.
-Proven experience in data scraping practices, preferably in the short-term rental industry
-Expert Microsoft Excel skills, formula and pivot table experience
-Be fluent in English – and possess excellent English skills
-Be able to work flexible hours including WEEKENDS, if required.
-Have a strong work ethic and passion for getting things done

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

-30MBPS or higher internet speed
-i5 or higher processor
-Minimum of 8 GB RAM
-Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children noises in the background)
-Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
-Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
