We are currently looking for a Remote HubSpot CRM Data Analyst to join our growing organization and can undertake the following tasks:
HubSpot Administration:
-Manage and maintain the HubSpot platform, including user setup, permissions, and integrations.
-Configure and optimize HubSpot modules and tools based on marketing requirements.
-Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness within HubSpot by implementing data governance and best practices.
Marketing Automation:
-Design, build, and manage marketing automation workflows and campaigns within HubSpot.
-Create and maintain email templates, landing pages, and forms using HubSpot’s tools.
-Implement lead scoring and lead nurturing strategies to improve marketing and sales alignment.
Data Management and Analysis:
-Monitor and analyze marketing data to assess campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
-Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide insights.
-Conduct data segmentation and targeting to optimize marketing campaigns and personalize messaging.
Lead Generation and Management:
-Collaborate with marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and tactics.
-Implement lead capture mechanisms and ensure proper lead routing and assignment.
-Manage lead databases and develop lead nurturing programs to drive conversions.
CRM Integration and Management:
-Integrate HubSpot with other systems, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
-Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and CRM, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
-Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and sales processes, workflows, and data management.
Analytics and Reporting:
-Track and report on marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and lead generation.
-Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing strategies.
-Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different marketing tactics to improve results.
Training and Support:
-Train and support marketing teams on the effective use of HubSpot tools and functionalities.
-Stay updated on new features and capabilities within HubSpot and provide guidance on their implementation.
-Serve as a subject matter expert for HubSpot-related inquiries and provide troubleshooting assistance.
Process Improvement:
-Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize marketing processes within HubSpot.
-Develop and document marketing operations procedures, workflows, and best practices.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
-Minimum 2 years of experience using HubSpot CRM
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a CRM data role
-Proven experience in data scraping practices, preferably in the short-term rental industry
-Superior analytical skills, data accuracy and attention to detail
-Expert Microsoft Excel skills, formula and pivot table experience
-Be fluent in English – and possess excellent English skills
-Be able to work flexible hours including WEEKENDS, if required.
-Have a strong work ethic and passion for getting things done
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Internet speed minimum 30mbps
-i5 8th Gen or higher
-Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
-Minimum of 8 GB RAM
-Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
-Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
-Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
