We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Human Resources & Admin Manager to build a state of the art Human Resource Department for Integre Holdings.
As a key figure in the company, and an intellectual heft to be the CEO’s trusted advisor, you will be tasked with ensuring with the following:

– Training and integration

Roles:
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Integre Holdings goals and values.
* Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
* Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations across all states of operation.
* Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
* Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes ownership, integrity, and collaboration.
* Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
* Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure new employees are integrated effectively into the company culture and understand their roles and responsibilities.
* Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, aligning with business needs and objectives.
* Manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to facilitate constructive feedback and goal-setting.
* Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
* Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, updating HR policies and procedures as needed to maintain compliance.
* Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus structures, and employee benefits packages, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
* Oversee HR administration tasks, including payroll processing, HRIS management, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, morale, and well-being, such as employee recognition programs and wellness initiatives.
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support Integre’s growth and expansion plans.
*Admin*
– Compile and present weekly metrics reports to senior management, showcasing the company’s performance and operational statistics.
– Conduct weekly audit tasks to maintain compliance and organizational standards.
– Manage the addition and deletion of drivers and vehicles from insurance policies as needed.
– Oversee the annual renewals and new filings of business licenses, ensuring legal compliance and operational readiness.
*Experience Level*
– At least 3 years of experience in an HR management role, with administrative management experience.
*Job Type*
– Full-Time Remote: A dedicated salaried position requiring full-time commitment, working and being present online from 8am to 5pm EST hours. (12 hours different then Manila time) Secondary employment is not permitted.
*Shift*
– This is a remote position, but you will need to work Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch 9 working hours per day, 45 hours a week.
*Salary and Benefits*
– Salary: Commensurate with experience, within the range of 56,000-85,000 PHP Per Month, paid semi-monthly. Performance-based bonuses.
– Paid time off for U.S. holidays, vacation, additional benefits to be discussed.
