What we’re looking for:
We need a new Influencer Manager! This is a remote (work-from-home) position.
Influencer managers need to understand the target audience buying our products, and what they resonate with. They also need to understand what makes a content creator or influencer authentic and a high performer for brands. They need to understand social trends and performance. They need to be creative themselves! They don’t create or film the content themselves, but they translate the ideas to the content creators, and they also translate the performance to the rest of the team at MOX.
This unique mix of right brain (influencer relationship building and creative concepts) and left brain (campaign strategy and data analysis) skills make influencer managers very special people. They are critical to the success of MOX and we’re looking to find a team member who can help us grow!
Salary & growth opportunities:
Influencer Manager starting at $8 an hour, with at least 20 hours per week.
You’ll be expected to own this channel from day one, with overall marketing strategy support from our social media manager and CMO.
You’ll be assigned campaign concepts as we begin to build your confidence
You’ll be graded on your number of creatives received each month, and the quality of the creatives produced
Growth opportunities

The Ideal Candidate:
Social Media: Experience with Instagram/Facebook/TikTok is required. You are not expected to run our social media (those are run by our social media manager). However, you need to know how social works well enough to help influence strategy as well as be the conduit between our social media manager and our influencers/creators.
Influencer/Creator management: The core of your job is relationship building. You need to be a person that can connect with content creators and make them feel special and excited about the brand. That means managing expectations, being clear in your communication, and being willing to coach influencers on their work. You also need to be comfortable with challenging conversations, like cost negotiations, and have the foresight to navigate around potential pitfalls.
Marketing Strategy: Your job is to learn about MOX’s business and understand what we sell, who we sell to, etc. And then, create the influencer briefs that help their ad campaigns become as profitable as possible. If this means MOX needs to change its campaign concepts, it’s up to you to realize this and recommend it to them. If this means the offer price for content is hurting them because the quality of their content received is dropping (and consequently their conversion rates) it’s up to you to educate MOX on a better offer rate.
Problem-solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
