Position: Remote Inside Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate and conduct outbound cold calls to attract and enroll truck owner-operators, effectively presenting the advantages of our comprehensive dispatching services.
Engage prospects with professionalism and persuasion, establishing rapport and communicating the unique value proposition of Romeus Pro Logistics.
Utilize remote tools, including Mojo or similar phone dialing software, to maintain a high call volume (approximately 85 calls per hour) and ensure efficient call flow.
Qualify new leads by addressing inquiries and overcoming objections, strategically progressing them through the sales pipeline.
Foster relationships with past clients, rekindling interest and nurturing ongoing collaborations for sustained business connections.
Collaborate seamlessly with our dispatching team and support staff, gathering essential prospect information to enhance sales efforts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, appointment scheduling, and outcomes using our CRM system.
Drive tangible outcomes by scheduling appointments and facilitating connections between interested clients and our licensed agents.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably within transportation, logistics, or related industries.
Proficiency in using remote tools such as Mojo or similar phone dialing software to optimize call volume and efficiency.
Experience working with diverse lead types, including just listed, just sold, sales by owner, new buyers, and refinance leads.
Familiarity with CRM systems commonly used in the real estate and/or mortgage industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling persuasive and engaging conversations over the phone.
Strong competitive spirit, self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Active listening skills to understand prospect needs and effectively address objections.
Resourcefulness and critical thinking to adapt sales strategies based on prospect responses.
