Job Description:

• Business Process Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions using tools like Zapier. For example, automating the creation of quotes in Easybill and email templates in Outlook after filling out a Google Form.
• Chat GPT Automations: Automated creation of product descriptions for Amazon using ChatGPT, and exporting these contents to Google Docs.
• Lead Scraping: Develop and perform specific scraping tasks to identify potential clients based on defined criteria.
• Web Development: Create personalized landing pages that automatically display the lead’s name.
• General IT Support: Handle basic IT tasks such as creating mail merges and managing databases.

Requirements:

• Automation Tools: Experience with Zapier or similar tools.
• Programming: Basic knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
• AI: Experience with AI-based tools like ChatGPT.
• Data Analysis and Processing: Ability to process and analyze large data sets.
• Microsoft Office: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify problems and develop effective solutions.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Web Development: Skills in HTML, CSS
