Job Title: Remote IT Support Technician (Tier 2-3)

Job Type: Part-Time (30 hours/week)

Location: Remote (8AM-5PM EST)

Compensation: $1,200 – $1,400 per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Remote IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent verbal and written communication skills. As a Tier 2-3 support technician, you will be responsible for handling escalated tickets, triaging, and providing overflow support when our Tier 1 technicians are on-site or overloaded.

Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for network troubleshooting, server administration, and security applications.
Manage and resolve escalated tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist with overflow support and triaging tickets when Tier 1 technicians are unavailable.
Administer and support the entire O365 suite.
Ensure system security and data protection measures are in place and functioning.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical issues and provide solutions.
Document all support activities and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications:

Strong technical background with a focus on network troubleshooting, server administration, and security applications.
Proficient in the entire O365 suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a Tier 2-3 support role.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours:

30 hours per week
8AM-5PM EST
Salary and Compensation:
$1,200 – $1,400 per month
