We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and lead our social media presence to new heights.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating captivating contents, managing social media channels and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our presence.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase company/brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Create and manage social media content calendars, including writing and editing posts, designing visuals, and scheduling posts.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize content and strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, etc. to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and monitoring performance.
• Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify brand reach and engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new social media platforms and tools.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on social media performance and insights for management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or more/equivalent years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and growing brand presence.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing social media strategies that align with business goals.
• Experience managing social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of social media trends.
• Remote working UAE times
