Job Title: Remote Junior Video Editor

Salary: $400 – $600 per month

Job Description:

Qwerty Digital is seeking a talented and creative Junior Video Editor to join our team. This role primarily involves editing podcast episodes and creating podcast-style clips for various digital platforms. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Daily:
– Edit raw video footage into polished podcast episodes and clips.
– Ensure all content meets our quality standards and client expectations.
– Collaborate with the team to understand the vision and direction for each project.
– Incorporate feedback and make revisions as necessary.

Weekly:
– Manage and organise video assets for multiple client projects.
– Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time.
– Stay updated with the latest video editing trends and techniques.
– Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and new ideas.

Monthly:
– Review and analyse the performance of edited content to continuously improve quality.
– Assist in the creation of promotional videos and other marketing materials as needed.
– Maintain a consistent and organised workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity.
– Provide input and creative ideas for future projects.

Requirements:
– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
– Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques.
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
– Good communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
– Previous experience editing podcasts or similar content is a plus.
