Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential clients with exciting real estate investment opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Research and Targeting:
? Conduct thorough research to identify target prospects based on account/contact profiles and industry segmentation.
? Utilize lead generation platforms to segment lists and identify prospects aligned with our investment opportunities.
Lead Funnel Management:
? Plan and implement cold approaches for industry accounts, managing lead stages and development through multiple touchpoints.
? Conduct outbound/AB prospecting, qualifying marketing leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Appointment Booking:
? Qualify prospects by understanding their business requirements and challenges.
? Verify the right contacts and book appointments with marketing qualified prospects for the sales team.
Communication and Follow-up:
? Record detailed outbound call history and lead responses.
? Maintain constant follow-up with prospects, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication.
? Create responses aligned with the company’s messaging and drive the conversation to an appointment.
Database Management:
? Create, maintain, and ensure the database is segmented, cleansed, and updated with complete information.
? Track all activities per contact and ensure accurate recording of interactions.
Qualifications:
? Minimum 5 years work experience as a Lead Generation Specialist.
? Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Knowledge of real estate products and services and effectively communicate them to prospects.
? Good knowledge of relevant CRM and lead generation software (experience with Zoho CRM, , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Twillo, Office 365).
? Patience and the ability to engage customers in conversations, handle rejection, and problem-solve.
? Quick learner, adaptable, and agile in a remote work environment.
? Comfortable with Semi-Annual Performance Review, 360 Feedback, and comfortable following through with individual growth roadmap.
