Remote Legal Document Drafter (100% On The Job Training)

We require someone who:

– Is detail-oriented and skilful at drafting thorough documents.
– Can ask insightful questions for better understanding of client needs.
– Is efficient at following complicated procedures and guidelines.
– Can multitask, prioritise work effectively, and meet deadlines.
– Is motivated, responsible, and able to work remotely in a productive manner.
– Has strong English skills, both written and verbal, and is impeccable with spelling.

Your responsibilities would include:
– Drafting legal documents based on client information and according to given instructions.
– Communicating professionally and empathetically with clients to gather needed information.
– Keeping client files up-to-date and well-organised.
– Meeting deadlines promptly and reliably while thoroughly managing all cases.

We need you to have:
– A college degree in any discipline.
– Exceptional attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and high-level spelling accuracy.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
– A quiet, private workspace with reliable high-speed internet.
– Available to work during Arizona office hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which is approximately 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Philippine time).
– A strong capability for following instructions, policies, and procedures.

Preferable but not required:
– Previous experience in a role that required similar skills.
