Remote Manager Assistant
Starting Rate: $6/hour + 13th month pay(with good performance)
Starting hours: Part time 20hour/week => Once trained: Full time 35-40hour/week
Summary – We are looking for a quick-learner with Excellent English. This job will start at Part-time 20 hours/week, the hours will ramp up to a full time(35-40hrs/week) position as you learn the job. This position will give you opportunity to experience many aspects of a restaurant/catering industry, including: Scheduling, HR, Sales, Customer Service, Reporting, Marketing etc. You will be trained to become the #1 expert in Homebase software. You will report directly to the founder/owner of the Company.

REQUIRED: Available Online working hours 9AM-5PM EST (9PM-5AM PH time)
REQUIRED: Fluency in English and with near-perfect pronunciation, excellent internet connection. Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills.
REQUIRED: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
REQUIRED: Must use Time-tracking software- Hubstaff(will be provided)

Responsibilities
Managing/creating employee weekly Schedule for the restaurant (Using Homebase software)
Manage, keep track of customer data, generate analysis and reports. (Using QuickBooks software)
Customer Relationship management, include calling/emailing/follow-up with new and existing customers.
Support and communicate with Local team for event planning, address employees administrative queries.
Managing owner schedule and filtering through emails to identify most critical action items.

Graphic Design skills
Familiarity with current technologies, like cloud services and VoIP
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
Stretch Goals/responsibilities
Create marketing material
Perform Market research, Find and track leads to increase sales
Find and manage suppliers (e.g bottling services)
