Applied Pediatrics/Atlanta Pediatric Therapy has been staffing school districts, locally, and all over the US for almost 20 years. We pride ourselves in having a top-notch, multi-disciplinary, collaborative team of therapists working in all three settings throughout the Atlanta Metro Area. Our oldest division, Early Intervention/Home Therapy, has been providing multidisciplinary therapy services in the natural environment since 2002. We have been running our outpatient clinics since 2008, with plans to grow our footprint over the next few years. Applied Pediatrics contracts with all of Atlanta Metro Schools and surrounding areas. Summary:
The primary focus of the Marketing Coordinator is to build strategic alliances on behalf of Applied Pediatrics with targeted Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Special Education Teachers, BCBAs, RBTs and paraprofessionals, key businesses, and other referral organizations. The goal of building these relationships is to expand awareness of Applied Pediatrics offerings and competitive differentiators. Success for Marketing Coordinator will be measured by the number of strategic alliances that are built and a direct increase in the number of school contracts closed from the target referral sources.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Understand the Applied Pediatrics brand and offerings comprehensively.
• Work with the Accounts Manager and Vice President of Recruiting to develop a strong strategic alliance contact database.
• Develop relationships with school contacts Special Education Directors, Special Education Coordinators, etc. (decision makers), and universities to understand their needs and acquaint them with Applied Pediatrics.
• Build trust in and preference for Applied Pediatrics as the top-of-mind referral by referring other school clients or students.
• Help organize educational seminars to referral sources with the marketing team.
• Create opportunities to network at job fairs with state universities.

**Internet connection requirement:

**Must have a computer and monitor. 2 monitor screens are highly recommended:
Mac or PC Computer (including webcam) with minimum 1.0ghz dual-core processor, 8gb, and the most recent version of MS Office installed (all programs; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Education And Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Marketing experience with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, computer, email, internet, and mobile device savvy.
