Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for our suite of brands and clients. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, be able to work independently, and enjoy a dynamic work environment where tasks constantly change and evolve. Experience in running social media and display network campaigns is preferred, and some design experience would be a major plus.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns for our suite of brands and clients.
– Create and send email marketing blasts using templates.
– Execute and monitor digital display and direct mail campaigns.
– Modify and edit landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to implement innovative marketing strategies.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign materials and assets.
– Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance and ROI.
– Continuously optimize campaigns based on data and insights.

Skills/Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
– Proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for digital ad creation and template creation.
– Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
– Some design experience, including modifying templates and basic designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
– Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to use templates and stylesheets for small changes (no strong coding experience required).
– Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
– Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to write in different voices for digital ads, print materials, and email marketing.
– Comfortable interacting with clients and providing a high level of customer service.
– Experience with a remote US-based job is preferred.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Internet speed minimum 30mbps
– i5 8th Gen or higher
– Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
– Minimum of 8 GB RAM
– Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
– Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
– Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
