Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, SEO, and graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering results in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
– Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
– Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

2. Social Media Management:
– Manage and grow our presence across key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, – LinkedIn, and TikTok.
– Create engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that resonate with our target audience.
– Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engagement opportunities, and respond in a timely manner.

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
– Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
– Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities to enhance visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs).
– Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize results.

4. Graphic Designing:
– Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, email newsletters, and website assets.
– Ensure brand consistency across all design elements, while also exploring innovative and creative concepts to enhance brand identity.
– Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality design assets on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
– At least 2-3 experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, SEO, and graphic design.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with audiences across various digital platforms.
– Proficiency in graphic design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
– Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience working with remote teams and collaborating effectively across different time zones is a plus.
