We are seeking a full-time Remote Go High Level Onboarding Specialist to join our team and assist our users in getting started with the very first stages of using our simple CRM software. As a Go High Level Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
• White Globe Onboarding: Guide new users through logging in, setting up their accounts, and exploring the marketing features of our white-labeled GHL service. This thorough process includes a checklist and is especially helpful for clients who aren’t computer savvy.
• Training and Support: Provide one-on-one training sessions to familiarize users with our CRM software’s features and functionality. Address user questions and concerns promptly.
• Troubleshooting: Direct users to our existing 24/7 chat service for help with any technical issues they may encounter during the onboarding process.
• Documentation: Create and maintain user-friendly onboarding documentation and tutorials.
• Feedback: Gather user feedback and insights to help improve our software and the onboarding process continually.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in onboarding users for Go High Level software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience using Slack as a communication tool
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master new software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A dedication to delivering top-notch customer service.
• Previous experience with Go High Level CRM software is required.
• Familiarity with customer support or client success practices.
