Remote Operations Specialist

Token of Trust provides a cloud-based platform and client tools that enable businesses to verify consumer IDs & comply with excise taxes and other regulatory reports. We listen to our customers and those they screen with our platform, constantly refining our offerings.

We’re currently looking for a Remote Operations Specialist (Level 2 Support) to help us level up our customer success team.

Responsibilities
– Provide Level 2 support for customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolution
– Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
– Set up and configure our plugins and services within WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and/or BigCommerce for clients
– Assist with client go lives, web development and troubleshooting tasks as needed
– Participate in video meetings and screen sharing sessions with clients and team members
– Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and how-to guides for clients and team members
– Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– We’re looking for someone who can work 8 hours 5 days a week somewhere within the 6am – 8pm timeframe. There will be occasional weekend shift work.
– Proven experience in web development, troubleshooting, and technical support
– Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and/or BigCommerce platforms
– Strong internet connection and a quiet working space for video meetings
– Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment

Bonus Qualifications
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
– Previous sales and/or project management experience
– Background in providing technical support

Compensation
– Base pay will be between US$600-US$700/mo plus incentive pay which is usually between US$50-US$150/mo. $650 is the minimum expected earnings for this position.
