Key Responsibilities:
• Personal Assistant: Assist with personal appointments and travel arrangements.
• AirBnB Rental Management: Manage property listings, coordinate guest interactions, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Community Engagement: Engage with our community on platforms like Circle, host webinars, and support our digital media efforts.
• General Admin: Keep things organized, manage documents, and provide essential administrative support.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Familiarity with Circle (Community platform) and Wix.
• Prior experience in AirBnB rental management is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
