We are looking for a competent Staffing coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees. A staffing coordinator must be an excellent communicator, and able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures. The goal is to ensure that the company’s staffing requirements are always met and employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.
Exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Scheduling Coordinator.

Focus

It is the responsibility of the Scheduler to oversee the on-time arrivals of Caregivers and/or re-staffing of cases if needed. The Scheduler makes notes daily for Clients and employees when needed (change in hours, complaints, or praises, updating the level of care, etc.)
May need to be on the phone to address emergency staffing needs during change of shifts

Duties & Responsibilities

Must be a team player who sees the big picture!
Schedule staff for all shifts
Text all staff when we have open shifts
Must have excellent interpersonal skills since you’ll be the “face” of the company working with employees (caregivers)
Search resume databases for ideal candidates.
Keep in contact and maintain relationships with caregivers that are not currently working with us.
May recruit, interview, and assist with the onboarding of new staff members
Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position.
Must be able to call applicants over the phone and schedule interviews
Must be able to provide applicants scheduled with information like our map, application form, and Google calendar invites.
Candidate/applicant support. Must be able to address all applicants’ questions through text, phone or email
Post job ads through different platforms
Identify key recruiting KPIs.
Coordinate or research recruiting & enrollment events, and high school resource/college fairs.
Respond to inquiries regarding the status of caregiving applications
Assist in the reviewing of applications and learning documentation.
Participate in applicant interviews.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Strong oral and written communication skills particularly public speaking/presentation skills.
Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer skills: 3 years (Required)
Proficient with Asana a plus
Knowledge of basic scheduling concepts and/or experience with scheduling software.
Customer/client-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write.
Must be available to train over Zoom
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
