**Job Description:**

We are seeking a remote Social Media Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will focus primarily on creating, implementing, and tracking our advertising efforts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Your ultimate aim will be to generate client leads and attract potential franchise partners.

You will work closely with our in-house graphic designer and content writer to strategize and execute the most effective ad campaigns. Please note that this role is not responsible for creating other types of content.

**Responsibilities:**

* Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. NOT Google
* Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer and content writer to create engaging ads.
* Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
* Keep up with industry trends to ensure our ads are effective and relevant.
* Provide regular reports on ad campaign performance.

**What We Offer:**

We offer a budget of $300 – $500 AUD per month plus ad spend for managing our social media advertising. This role is entirely remote and provides a flexible work environment.

**Evaluation:**

We believe in results. Your performance will be evaluated based on the success of the ad campaigns you manage, not the number of hours you work.
