Job Overview:
As my Remote Personal and Business Assistant, your role will be multifaceted, requiring
excellence in financial management, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate and
meet my needs proactively. You will be responsible for managing my personal finances using
QuickBooks, organizing household staff schedules, maintaining my calendars, managing
social media and design tasks, planning events, and ensuring my children’s schedules are
meticulously organized. Your fast thinking, assertiveness, and ability to work independently
without micromanagement will make you a vital part of my daily life.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Management: Utilize QuickBooks to manage all aspects of financial
organization, including setting budgets, tracking expenses, and generating reports to
ensure efficient financial operation of my household.
• Schedule Coordination: Manage and synchronize schedules for household staff
(housekeeper, nanny, homeschool teacher, driver) and oversee my personal and
business appointments to avoid conflicts.
• Social Media and Design: Handle personal and business social media accounts, perform
basic graphic design tasks, and employ AI tools for enhancing productivity.
• Event Planning: Organize and oversee personal and business events, ensuring each
event runs smoothly from conception to execution.
• Grocery and Household Management: Coordinate grocery shopping through Instacart
and assist with the organization of my children’s schedules, including their educational
and extracurricular activities.
• Proactive Assistance: Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure both
the household and business operations run smoothly.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated expertise in financial management, specifically with QuickBooks,
including setting budgets, financial tracking, and reporting.
• Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Virtual Assistant role, with a strong
background in household and schedule management.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media management, basic graphic design skills, and familiarity with
AI and productivity tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
