Job Overview:

I am a business and life coach, as well as a content creator (find me at @joshterryplays on Instagram and TikTok). I am looking to hire a full-time personal assistant who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a busy schedule and various administrative tasks. This remote position is perfect for a hardworking, attentive listener, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Who I’m Looking For:

Proficient English speaker, comfortable with talking, writing, and reading.
At least 2 years of experience working remotely as a Personal Assistant for a business owner or CEO, preferably in the USA.
Proficiency with Slack, iMessage, Gmail, a basic video editor, Canva, and Google Calendar.
Available to work US CST business hours (8 am to 3:30 pm CST, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Manage and organize my calendar, including scheduling meetings, events, and setting reminders.
Investor Relations: Respond to investor inquiries with updates and information about my company’s progress.
Event Planning: Organize parties with friends and client events, handling all communications and logistics.
Video Editing: Perform basic video editing tasks, mainly trimming videos.
Zoom Event Coordination: Set up and schedule Zoom calls, considering different time zones.
Email Management: Manage and triage every email efficiently.
Travel Arrangements: Research and book travel and accommodations, keeping in mind preferences and requirements.
Meeting Participation: Attend meetings, take notes, and maintain a CRM of close contacts with relevant updates.
Administrative and Research Tasks: Handle admin and time-sensitive errands, do data entry, and research as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in a personal assistant role or similar.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Basic video editing capabilities.
Familiarity with online communication tools.
Competence in handling simple tech-support issues.
Experience in making travel arrangements.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Willingness to tackle various tasks and challenges.
