Job Description

I’m a business owner looking for a full-time remote Technical Executive Assistant. You’ll help with hiring, managing team members, handling finances, and other admin tasks. You should be better at your job than I could ever be, capable of identifying improvements and implementing solutions without constant guidance.

+ Must-Have Skills
– Proficient English speaker comfortable with talking, writing, and reading
– At least 2 years of experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant for a business owner or CEO in the USA
– Experience taking ownership of recruiting, project management, and accounting tasks for a team
– Strong proficiency in using Slack, iMessage, Gmail, & Google Calendar
– Available to work US PST business hours (9am – 6pm PST, Monday – Saturday)
– Understand how to use AI tools to be effective

+ What We’re Looking For
– Manage and triage every email efficiently and independently
– Book travel, appointments, and schedule meetings with minimal input
– Attend meetings, take notes, and suggest follow-up actions
– Handle administrative and life errands that are time-sensitive and require proactive planning
– Conduct data entry or research as needed, proposing new areas of opportunity for efficiency
– Research vendors, gifts, or service providers and recommend options that best meet business needs
– Lead recruiting efforts, from defining roles to interviewing candidates, to ensure a fit for both skill and company culture

– You’ll need to work hard and fast, just like us, at least most of the time

P.S. Must be able to self-onboard and ramp up quickly. Be ready to discuss specific examples where you have independently improved processes or solved complex problems in previous roles.
