What You’ll Do:

• Calendar Management: Keep a bustling calendar in check, ensuring a balance between high-impact work and high-quality downtime.
• AI Proficiency: Harness the power of AI, including chatGPT, to streamline operations, from drafting emails to planning events, enhancing operational efficiency and responsiveness.
• Social Networking: Cultivate and curate social networks, opening doors to new friendships and memorable experiences.
• Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for a range of communications, discerning priorities with precision.
• Event Planning: Coordinate and plan personal and family events, including activities for the CEO’s children, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
• Travel Arrangements: Manage travel plans, ensuring smooth logistics for business trips and family vacations.
• Document Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, perform document filing, and provide follow-up on action items.
• Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
• Project Management: Assist in the execution of strategic business initiatives.
• Digital Tool Training: Conduct training on digital tools like Microsoft Teams to enhance communication and document management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management software.
• AI Savvy: Advanced use of AI technologies, including chatGPT, to streamline operations.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism: High level of professionalism and discretion.
• Flexibility: Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including availability during some evenings and weekends as needed.
