Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal & Business Assistant to support in both personal and professional capacities. The ideal candidate will excel at managing a variety of tasks, from daily to-do lists and customer interactions to marketing and administrative support, all conducted remotely. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a high degree of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Reporting:

Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks to the executive.
Customer Interaction:

Take inbound sales calls, customer requests, and/or complaints.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and leads.
Respond to customer questions via phone call, email, live chat, Facebook messenger, or SMS.
Provide service quotes and follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Book new jobs, reschedule, and update service jobs in the booking calendar system.
Customer Service:

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Marketing Support:

Conduct research to identify websites within our target niche that accept guest posts or content submissions.
Evaluate the quality and relevance of potential websites to ensure they align with our link-building strategy.
Gather and organize website contact information, submission guidelines, and other relevant details into a comprehensive list.
Administrative Tasks:

Assist with general to-do tasks and personal errands as required.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Remote Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
Experience with customer service and sales support.
Knowledge of digital marketing and link-building strategies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CRM and project management tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Working Conditions:
