We are looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department.
Your Role:
As a Remote Phone Sales Specialist at TCE Cleaning, your adept sales skills will take center stage as you connect customers with our cleaning services.
You’ll be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
Mastering both inbound and outbound PHONE SALES calls to deliver customer service to potential and existing customers.
Engaging with potential leads, comprehending their unique cleaning requirements, and showcase the value of our services.
Leveraging your persuasive communication to confidently close deals and transform leads into loyal customers.
Maintain and enter data into Quickbooks, Jobber (adding clients/employees, scheduling, updating notes/payments methods.
Processing charges/payments
Dispatch jobs and information to employees.
Create SOP’s on How to do each task and keep updates as changes are made.
You need to have excellent English skills.
Listening abilities to understand customer needs and offer solutions.
