Job Title: Remote Program Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating programs, following up with clients, families, and key stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operation of our services. This is a remote position, requiring excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for helping others. Candidates must be willing to work from 9 am to 3 pm EST.
We also welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this field.

Responsibilities:
•Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in our home care business and DDD program, ensuring their needs are met and their care is properly managed.
•Insurance Liaison: Work with insurance companies to coordinate services, manage claims, and ensure proper coverage for our clients.
•Staff Communication: Manage and facilitate communication between staff members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
•Community Partnerships: Collaborate with established community partners to enhance service offerings and maintain strong relationships.
•Budget Management: Assist in submitting invoices for claims and tracking hours worked by staff to ensure accurate billing and payroll.
•Professionalism: Exhibit punctuality and clear English communication skills in all professional interactions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, healthcare administration, or related field ( not required but preferred )
Proven experience in program coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with diverse populations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
