We are currently looking for a Remote Project Coordinator to join our growing organization and undertake the following tasks:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Project Coordinator with experience in Conservice and utility payment management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating various projects, managing utility payments, and ensuring efficient and accurate processing of utility bills through the Conservice platform. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and maintain action items list, project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
Utility Payment Management:
• Oversee the utility payment process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of utility bills.
• Utilize the Conservice platform to manage utility accounts, monitor usage, and process payments.
• Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to utility bills and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to utility payments.
Communication and Reporting:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.
• Generate and distribute reports on project progress, utility usage, and payment status.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in utility payment management.
• Implement best practices and recommend improvements to existing procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to utility management and project coordination.
Qualifications:
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination.
• Experience with Conservice and utility payment management is a bonus.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Qualifications:
• Familiarity with utility billing and payment processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
– Internet speed minimum 30mbps
– i5 8th Gen or higher
– Windows 10 / MacOS Catalina or higher
– Minimum of 8 GB RAM
– Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children’s noises in the background)
– Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions
– Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling headset)
