What we’re looking for:
We need a new Project Manager! This is a remote (work from home) position.
Project Managers need to understand TikTok enough to interface with the creative strategist, answer client questions, manage the onboarding of creators and guide the delivery of the process.
This unique mix of left-brain (client communication and management of the process) and right-brain (helping guide creators and share ideas) skills make project managers very special people. They are the lifeblood of our organization and we’re looking to find more wonderful team members who can help us grow!
Salary & growth opportunities:
Project Manager starts at $1200/month
You’ll work under the lead manager as you learn the trade
You’ll have the opportunity for fast client growth as you become competent
You’ll be graded on your client retention and creator performance
There is an additional $900 in performance bonuses available each month based on KPI targets

The ideal candidate:
Organisation & Attention to Detail: Experience with managing processes is required. You are expected to be proficient in using tools such as Google Sheets to manage and organise workflows. You will be responsible for making sure that creators are posting on time, that clients are up to date and that all content is stored appropriately. This requires you to be an organised person with attention to detail.
Client management: The core of your job is relationship building. You need to be someone who cares deeply about helping others succeed. That means managing expectations, communicating clearly, and being willing to go the extra mile for clients. You also need to be comfortable with challenging conversations and have the ability to diffuse tense situations with the foresight to navigate around potential pitfalls.
Problem-solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.
