Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Racing Trading/Tipping Assistant to join our team part-time for now, with the potential of a full-time role depending on performance and employee preference.
We’re a small tight-knit team in an innovative space. We’re an Australian tipping service that specialises in horse racing. We utilize mathematics and statistics to generate live tips for our members. We help our members beat the market and earn substantial revenue.
The Remote Racing Trading/Tipping Assistant will be responsible for actively generating daily tips using our system and processes for horse racing events (or other relevant events). This role requires a general understanding of the racing industry, odds, and market dynamics, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. All systems, software, and training will be provided. No previous experience is required but will be advantageous.
This role is fluid and flexible averaging between 15-20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:
– Scheduling of races for clients
– Monitor racing events and odds movements in real-time from a remote location.
– Execute Tips on behalf of the company
– Analyze racing data, form guides, and other relevant information to make informed trading decisions.
– Collaborate with the trading team through digital communication tools to develop and implement trading strategies.
– Maintain accurate records of tips and performance.
– Reporting daily results
Preferred Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce / Finance / Mathematics) preferred but not required
– Experience as a trader or in a related trading role preferred but not required
– Knowledge of other sports or betting markets (Sports or Racing) preferred but not required
– Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
– Ability to make quick and informed decisions in a fast-paced remote environment.
– Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in digital communication reporting.

Remote Work Environment:
