???? Other Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain all phases of the recruitment and hiring process for all positions within the company (Recruitment, ATS, interview processes, etc)
Create detailed and accurate job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
Research and execute efficient and effective recruiting strategies and methods based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the company
Create strategies and methods to attract diverse and capable candidates who are good fits for the roles in the company
Assist in the interview and selection process for selective roles
Collaborate with hiring manager to identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
Ensure all recruiting and hiring practices in the company are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and company policies
Actively participate in recruiting and networking activities and professionally represents the company
Oversee recruiting analytics and provide recommendations based on data
Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the recruiting industry
Regularly review current recruiting and hiring processes to identify opportunities for improvements
Be the subject matter expert for all things related to recruiting and hiring
Other areas of responsibility as assigned
Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good negotiation tactics
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies in recruitment for a variety of roles
Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
Superb problem-solving skill
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting assignments
Great judgment and confidentiality
Able to work well with all departments
Positive, personable, and comfortable working in a creative, free flowing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite applications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience
2-4 years of progressive experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process required
Supervisory experience preferred
Food and beverage, coffee and tea, or restaurant industry desired
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer screen
